Summary: Pleased, but this is my backup?
Comment: Ok folks this is it. This actually my first and 2nd review wrapped in one. I received my case and was all pleased with the great feel and ease of use of the unit only to be surprised by how easily broken on of the tabs was. But after a well placed drop of quick dry glue, everything turned out fine. Now on to the "backup" unit. I couldn't resist buying another simply due to price so I went head first. Similar problems once it arrived damaged. This time it was one of the main body pieces. Again glue was applied and all is well. I'd say all in all it's a worthy 4 star purchase but watch how you handle the unit till you get the hang of how it works. By the way, the backup unit is still in the plastic because the first one is working just fine.

Summary: Great Case for your BB 8900
Comment: this is a fantastic case for your Blackberry 8900! It is a hard-shell case, with a slightly rubberized exterior so it isn't slippery (which is fantastic!). The fit is perfect. All buttons and plugs are easily accessible and open. Looks and feels very sleek and sturdy. One WARNING though before applying to your blackberry. Put on any other peripherals before attaching case. Once attached together, it is difficult (though not impossible) to take off. Removing case after application may reduce the strength (or break) the couplings that connect both sides of the case. I would completely recommend this to others! Great Product!

Summary: Decent but...
Comment: Item looks great and fits perfectly, however once its on I dont think its possible to remove without breaking it. I bought this along with another case for different reasons. I put this one on to test fit/comfort but then I spent about 20 minutes trying to CAREFULLY remove it. I was able to safely unlock one of the clip ins but then on the 3rd, one of the sides cracked with very little pressure - i'm not sure if this thing would be able to stand any impact from a fall or withstand any weight. 2 stars for look and fit.

Comment: This is a good product for protecting your BB. It has a good feel and slides in and out of my pocket well; no sticking. It's a hard case with a soft feel that snaps together. I haven't taken it off yet but have heard it's a little tricky. I'm happy with it. I prefer this kind of thing to a rubber protector.
